President Donald Trump has weighed in on the mysterious drone sightings over New Jersey, claiming the military and federal agencies know where the drones originated but are deliberately keeping the information from the public.

Speaking to reporters from Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, Trump said the government likely has detailed knowledge about the drones. “Our military knows where they took off from and where they went. If it’s a garage, they can go right into that garage,” he stated. Trump criticized the silence, saying, “They don’t want to comment for some reason. They should tell the people.”

The sightings have sparked concern, especially in areas near Trump’s Bedminster golf property. Trump acknowledged this, saying, “They’re very close to Bedminster. Maybe I won’t spend the weekend there.”

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has claimed the drones are harmless, despite admitting their origin is still a mystery.

Trump dismissed the idea of enemy involvement but suggested something suspicious is occurring. “If it was the enemy, they’d blast it out of the sky,” Trump said. “Something strange is happening, and they don’t want to tell the people.”
