DHS Official Claims Biden’s Cognitive Decline Escalated Early In Presidency

New undercover footage has raised fresh concerns about President Joe Biden’s health. Robert Silvers, DHS Under Secretary for Policy, admitted on video that Biden’s mental decline accelerated within the first two years of his presidency. The video, released by the O’Keefe Media Group, provides a rare behind-the-scenes account of Biden’s cognitive struggles.

Silvers revealed moments when Biden appeared mentally absent during meetings. “He’s in there, and it’s a blank,” Silvers said, adding that while Biden’s mind sometimes functions clearly, he often struggles to verbalize his thoughts. Silvers further noted that Biden’s physical health has deteriorated faster than his cognitive abilities.

Silvers also described the emotional state in the White House following Donald Trump’s 2024 victory over Kamala Harris. He called the defeat “traumatic” and a “crushing blow” to staff morale, adding that some felt there was “no work to be done” in the aftermath.

On the border crisis, Silvers acknowledged the administration’s inability to control record-high illegal immigration during Biden’s term. “At the start of the Biden administration, the border numbers spiked, really much higher,” he admitted.

The video follows another recent undercover release featuring former National Security Council advisor Henry Appel. Appel bluntly described Biden’s mental state as alarming, saying, “Joe Biden is like dead. He like can’t say a sentence.” Appel also predicted that Biden might not survive another year.

Both Silvers and Appel highlighted fears within the White House about investigations from the incoming Trump administration. Appel admitted concerns about potential legal consequences, saying, “We’re kind of concerned about them coming after us… like with Congress.”

These disclosures have reignited debates about Biden’s fitness to serve, especially as his presidency nears its conclusion.
