Florida Man Arrested For Threats Against Trump And Senator Vance

In Jupiter, Florida, 68-year-old Michael Wiseman was arrested on Friday for making severe threats against President Donald Trump, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), and their daughters. Wiseman, who posted these threats on Facebook, was charged with making written threats to kill.

The Jupiter Police Department (JPD) received multiple tips about Wiseman’s online comments. Concerned residents reported the posts both through online crime tips and directly to the police. In response, JPD, along with the U.S. Secret Service and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, launched an investigation.

Wiseman’s threats included alarming statements urging cancer patients to commit violence against Trump and Vance before they died. He also made threats against the families of both political figures, increasing the urgency of his arrest.
