With Impeachment Nearing, Mark Levin Cites Biden’s Constitutional Violations

Impeachment is becoming more of a reality every day for President Joe Biden, given the president’s consistent violation of the Constitution and corrupt foreign business endeavors, according to conservative commentator Mark Levin.

Since taking office, Biden has engaged in a slew of financial scandals with his family and adversaries of the U.S., including China, Russia and the former Ukrainian government, which Levin pointed out was “a puppet of Vladimir Putin and Burisma and all the rest of it — the front corporations, the money laundering, the failure to pay taxes. Mr. 10%, Mr. Big, the laptop.”

Levin noted that Biden has “violated the United States Constitution at least three times.”

The prominent conservative commentator alleged that the president has violated Article One of the Constitution concerning his lax immigration policies.

“Joe Biden has purposefully, intentionally violated dozens of federal immigration laws, federal statutes passed duly by Congress,” Levin said, explaining that the president has “undermined them by his actions, by his directives, by his executive orders.”

Levin added that Biden has undermined several congressional laws by refusing to enforce them.

“The mayhem that has been created in this country is unimaginable,” Levin said, referencing the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border and the widespread importation of fentanyl in the U.S., which has killed over 100,000 Americans since 2021.
Article Two explicitly states that the power of the purse belongs to Congress, specifically the House.

Considering that Biden has decided to forgive billions of dollars in student loan debt by circumventing Congress, Levin says the president violated the Constitution.

“Joe has actively gone around the Constitution, the Congress, has defied the purpose and directive of the U.S. Supreme Court and has now given away $400 to $500 billion of taxpayer dollars in violation of the Constitution,” Levin added.

Levin cited Biden’s empowering of the U.S.’s adversaries as his third violation of the Constitution.

“What if we have a commander in chief that takes steps that actually empowers our sworn enemy. That takes steps to issue waivers that allow tens of billions of dollars to flow into the coffers of, say, the Iranian regime, a terrorist regime which has murdered American citizens,” the conservative commentator said.
