White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller has delivered a forceful message accusing federal courts and leftist media figures of working together to obstruct President Donald Trump’s immigration goals. The longtime Trump advisor said the country is under siege and described the situation as a full-scale invasion.
Miller rejected the idea that what has happened under the Biden administration is anything close to standard enforcement of immigration law. He asserted that neighborhoods across the U.S. have been overtaken and that whole towns have fallen under the weight of illegal crossings and cartel activity.
The fundamental error in how immigration is being discussed in the courts and media is pretending that what happened to us over the last four years is a routine civil enforcement matter.
NO.
We were invaded and occupied. Entire neighborhoods were conquered.
Entire towns were…

He said the scale of the crisis has torn apart the structure of American democracy and has drained the nation’s resources. Miller made clear that this wasn’t just a policy failure, but a direct assault on the country itself.
According to Miller, voters had their say during the 2024 election. He said that the result was a clear signal from Americans who wanted the federal government to put an end to the chaos and restore the nation’s borders.
Miller criticized the judicial system for attempting to interfere with deportations. He said that giving every illegal immigrant access to a federal trial would mean the invasion continues, with no path to restoration.
He pointed to Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution and asserted that the president is required to stop any invasion of American soil. He rejected the idea that lower courts could override that responsibility.
Miller ended his remarks by stating that the cartels would be destroyed and those who entered the country illegally would be removed. He emphasized that America would see its sovereignty restored through Trump’s leadership.
