Elon Musk’s Mom Defends Son Against Biden Administration Investigations

In a fiery rant on social media, tech billionaire Elon Musk’s mother expressed her anger with President Joe Biden — accusing him of wanting to stop her son from improving the world, citing the numerous controversial investigations of Musk and his companies that curiously coincided with his purchase of Twitter.

Before Musk purchased Twitter and changed the platform’s name to X, its previous owners allowed the government to secretly petition for the censorship of opinions and accounts that opposed the establishment narrative. Upon buying the platform, Musk released the “Twitter Files” with the help of several independent journalists, exposing the collusion and censorship.

Many have speculated that the various investigations into Musk and his companies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) lawsuit against SpaceX for not hiring illegal aliens, are just the Biden administration retaliating against Musk for purchasing Twitter and speaking out against the Democrats.

Now, Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, is speaking out in defense of her son in response to the latest investigation.

“I am the mother of @elonmusk,” she wrote in a post on X. “His goal is to make this world a better place. @POTUS wants to stop him. Have you any idea how furious I am? People in other countries are proud of Elon and do not understand the US President’s motive. Please tell me how I should answer them.”

Her comments came in response to a shocking post from Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Commissioner Brendan Carr, who dissented from his agency’s decision to deny Musk’s satellite internet company Starlink subsidies to supply internet service to rural areas.

“Last year, after Elon Musk acquired Twitter, President Biden gave federal agencies the green light to go after him. And they have. Today, the FCC adds itself to the growing list of federal agencies engaging in the regulatory harassment of Elon Musk. I dissent,” Carr wrote in the post.

He essentially accused Biden of working behind the scenes to target Musk, citing his public statements.

“President Biden stood at a White House podium & stated that Elon Musk ‘is worth being looked at.’ When asked ‘How?’, President Biden responded ‘There’s a lot of ways.’ There certainly are. The DOJ, FAA, FTC, NLRB, SDNY, & FWS have all taken action. The FCC now joins them,” Carr wrote in a follow-up post, adding: “The FCC’s recent decision – like many of the other actions being taken by federal agencies against Musk – fits the Biden Administration’s pattern of regulatory harassment. It is a decision that cannot be explained by an objective application of law, facts, or policy.”

In his post thread, Carr included images of his official statement of dissent to the FCC’s decision.

“Indeed, the Commission’s decision today to revoke a 2020 award of $885 million to Elon Musk’s Starlink—an award that Starlink secured after agreeing to provide high-speed Internet service to over 640,000 rural homes and businesses across 35 states—is a decision that cannot be explained by any objective application of law, facts, or policy,” the document read, in part.

“In the end, today’s decision mirrors many of the same missteps that the Biden Administration is making in its implementation of other, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure initiatives. The Biden Administration is choosing to prioritize its political and ideological goals at the expense of connecting Americans. We can and should reverse course. But that is not what the agency chooses today. Accordingly, I dissent,” he declared.
